BidScope is a product of Field Assembly LLC. This policy describes how we handle your information when you use BidScope.

What we collect

When you use BidScope, you upload contractor bid documents for analysis. These files are processed in memory by our AI service and are not permanently stored on our servers. The generated analysis report is available for you to download during your session but is not retained after your session ends.

We collect payment information through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

How we use your information

Your uploaded bid documents are used solely to generate your analysis report. We do not use your documents to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose other than producing the report you purchased.
